This policy applies to all web sites and internet domains owned and operated by our company.  As such, all references herein, to TheMemorialPlace.Com refers this domain and web site as well as our other domains and web sites.

USE OF OUR WEB SITES

No material may be downloaded or copied and or modified from this site for any reason except for the specific purpose of browsing through TheMemorialPlace.Com for the purpose of reviewing our products.

PAYMENT

Ownership title to our products remains in our name until paid in full by the purchaser.  In the event of dishonored checks or credit card charges (including customer initiated charge backs), we retain title to the products until payment has been made in full.  In the above instances of lack of total payment, we reserve the right to add collection costs including reasonable attorney fees to the amount you may owe.  N.B. - Credit card companies have very specific regulations for our processing their credit card.  In the event you initiate a credit card charge back and your credit card company finds in your favor, this does not mean you do not owe that portion of the purchase price.  We are allowed to place a lien against the product until it is paid for in full or we are shown to be wrong in our pricing. This is why we ask you to contact us first. (WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO APPLY THIS PARAGRAPH TO ANY PURCHSER, BUT OUR ATTORNEY SAYS IT SHOULD BE HERE ).

The information contained on this web site was believed to be mostly correct on the date of publication and may contain some errors. PRICING

Prices on our web site are believed correct on the date published. We reserve the right to change these prices without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to reject any order containing incorrect pricing or product description. (THIS IS ANOTHER ONE WE HAVE NOT USED BUT MAKES OUR ATTORNEY HAPPY).

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you have ordered a custom product - such as a cast plaque, your card will be charged when the order is placed or when the proof is approved - depending upon the production cycle. Standard production is about 4 weeks after approval of the proof but can be over 8 weeks. This means you will most likely pay your credit card bill prior to receiving your order. If you dispute a credit card charge, please contact us FIRST so we may try to resolve this for you quickly.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage and are shipped 'INSURED" by UPS. In spite of all these precautions, an item can be damaged in shipment. If this happens, it is your responsibility to call UPS and advise them of the damage. Do not call us first as this will delay the claim process. If you accepted the package and upon opening it, find damage, call UPS and advise them of 'concealed damage'. After this is done, please call us and advise us of the problem. We will work with UPS in expediting your claim and we will work with you in replacing your product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the extent of the terms and conditions that TheMemorialPlace.Com agrees to. The terms and conditions contained herein take precedence over any other terms and conditions imposed by any purchaser. If a purchase order is received containing terms and conditions, said purchase order will be processed as though its attached terms and conditions never existed. This is done to save, you our customers, money. We cannot maintain our low prices and pay an attorney to read all of the 'standard' terms and conditions (that usually do not even apply to our products) received from the many large companies that purchase our products.

SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this information is found unenforceable, it shall be considered stricken and the remaining information shall be interpreted as though the unenforceable information was not there.
